fform Return/Cancellation Policy 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. All returns must be approved in advance by Coming Soon. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. Please note all furniture sales are final no returns or exchanges are accepted since they are unique one of a kind pieces.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Coming Soon will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange.

Internet returns may also be made in person to Coming Soon within 14 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item for something new.

Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped. All cancellations incur a 3% restocking fee. Please contact shipping@comingsoonnewyork.com 

If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box/parcel. Please forward photos as soon as the items are received to shipping@comingsoonnewyork.com and hold on to the package and all it's materials as they may be required for inspection. 

fform Shipping Policy 

Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in house by Coming Soon. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumptions that products are in stock at location at the time of order. Though a rare occurrence, expected product shipments from our vendors can become delayed, resulting in a delay in our inventory.

Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Free In-Store Pick Up is an option available at the time of checkout. Pick-up orders are fulfilled at the store. If selected, orders can be pick up anytime during store hours assuming product availability. If you do not receive an emailed notification that your order is ready for pick-up, it does not necessarily mean your order isn't ready. Please call ahead to verify if your order is ready if you intend to pick up the same business day your order is placed.

For furniture, shipping rates are not accurately quoted at checkout. Please email shipping@comingsoonnewyork.com or call the store for an accurate shipping quote.

As always, all products will be gift-wrapped whether they are shipped or picked up in store.

 

fform Storage Policy 

After purchases of furniture (including lighting, mirrors, and rugs) are made online or in store we can hold items up to 1 week before we begin charging a daily storage fee. A fee of 10% of retail value per day will be required upon pick up of your items.

Some smoking accessories may not be shipped to certain destinations.
